To clear this confusion. There is no other way to get Shisui [Susano'o]'s Fragment other than the current Christmas Rebate Event. Anyone who says they have it at 5 stars already might be messing around or just joking. If they sent a screenshot, just remember that images can be photoshop unless you see it straight from their Character Info in-game. Thank you and Merry Christmas!
