I take it your Hinata is in the front?..

If possible it's best to have a ninja with a mystery that can start combo's to attack first or the enemy team can go first even with lower refines.

Let's say these guys have lower refines than you. turn one Hinata will block most/all damage, turn two comes around and the other guy c*e his mystery before you which tends to be the one that paralyzes your team. If you are too slow like that try to use your OP water main heal after he paralyzes your team and have a ninja with 20 chakra cost mystery to start a combo after you are healed.

Attacking first is very important, if it was you getting your combo off first your Hinata would just cancel his Jutsu and ruin his turn.
