For short thoose brainless doing skill break and not doing well for what should be the 1st to the last choice is noob.. Already got 3 gold sb on my edo Minato mystery chase and passive dodge for only 39 vail and 19 protection.. Same low in my kakuzo and kushina.. If you do sb early at the point that ninja is being released its a sure hard for her/him to make a sb. But if you just let after weeks pass by.. You will notice it.. Will be easy to get his skill break. Wheels be always on the top spot to get that.. So don't react if some of the wheels got his full sb in just a matter of minutes or hours. They pay for it and for thoose f2p you wait for the right timing to make a skill break
