What is the problem ? : Cannot log-in, loading screen stops at 14%

No, i've been trying for more than 30mins now, just refreshing hoping something will change. I thought it was my internet so I restarted my modem/router, still the same. Maybe it was my computer, cleared cache and everything, tried it on mini-client/browser(chrome,firefox,maxthon). Everything to no avail, hope this gets fixed. :)

The moment you realize that everyone having problem connecting to servers is from our country. ;P

New development, I got in! But not really, everything doesn't load and for some reason I went broke lol.
