I will write what i think ... one idea... about the adds (not the fully skill) that his skills need:

Mystery: 5 natures + 30% damage

Standard: his rasengan lower enemy defense/resistance by very small ammount (harem jutsu)

Passive: summon 1-15 clones (avaiable for mates fields) every 3 rounds - tajuu kage bunshin.

(link/conect passive:) He will regen hp according to clones number. Clones must not have gudoudamas. Clones standard attack before all standards (like onoki or mei. Besides, this can make him not good for Sage World Battlefield)

sasuke rinesharingan bond skill: under 30% hp he will summon kurama avatar with susanoo armor, last till end of explosive mode

With this connection skill idea. His mystery will have way higher cooldown but if he have clones, dodges are easy to get rid so he can reset skill if lucky enough with tajuu kage bunshin. As naruto is hot head, makes sense that clones attack first. No need of scaling passive, even those 30% mystery need to be tested to be fair meta.

He will be a better ninja for gnw where he can fill 3 fields with clones and regen his hp. Didnt choose how much hp he regen because i dont want him to regen alot when its 1x1. In gnw he should shine with possibility to summon max 15 clones. He wont be nice for fast battles (swb) because clones should attack first.

His bond skill will only worth if beat every animations. Who dont want to see kurama with susanoo?!

Id love to see a similar naruto. Ofc, if some number i said is way OP, its not my intention. I want all what naruto can do with 6 path power but without break the game because this game cant be about 1 ninja or even 3 or 4 meta ninjas. This game should have more strategy and counters
