after maintenance i fail to get friendlistnow i can't complete quest water wishing tree or give mobilization card to friend and cant fight bonus team instance too

Use game doctor in mini client. It will clear all your cache and it will also refresh your client. This should fix this problem.

You have to click on "Finish". It will refresh your client.
