1 kakashi susano'o on the field and they won't dodge...
All his damage is tai more or less, so any leaching effect will heal him back too...

Guys, his damage is mostly tai. Almost everybody is built to defend against nin right now.
He selfstacks, he dodges, he reduces cd, has an op bond skill and he also has a mystery that delivers REPULSE damage (that for who doesn't know it may mean that you select one clone in front of somebody and who is behind gets obliterated since many clones/puppets have very low defensive stats). What do you want more than this?
Ah and add to it that he is senjutsu, konoha, edo tensei and jinchuriki.
Do you think it's a problem if he doesn't selfheal because you need the other chase to reduce cd?
Fine, use him together with any leaching tai effects (there are quite a bunch) or use him together with edo roshi or with edo hashi or with sage naruto skill trialed, there are so many options with him...

great idea, would literally try those suggestions you got there!
i've been beating 20k~30k people ahead of me except kakuzu team before his BT, i wasn't lucky to break everything from him.. but the BT made my arena journey a breeze
maybe its just the team composition that makes him less-likely to be utilized, TS should start juggling between teams to another to find the better suit and counter
to each and any team, but yeah Y break is kinda lackluster, but i'm happy with the minor changes he got.

For arena you may try wind main him sage naruto skill trialed edo roshi trialed. You'll see how annoying that team is
