if you know how to use him he will your number one ninja of choice and you will build the entire team around him. but,....

He is top tier mostly because of his barrier and undodgable mystery and dodging standards.

And since not all F2P or even small whales can have this barrier then his potentials decrease considerably.

He is a very good position one but an excellent support in my opinion.

If you plan to use him pos 1 then you should also have edo nagato bt so you could utilize his chases.

Bottom line he is a very very expensive ninja but not for nothing.
