what ur saying is ur main acct got blocked but your second account is accessible on the same server,

first of all i have to say myself didn't experience that technical fault,

but i do suggest you just make your second acct your main acct for the time being.

if your have reported to the relevant department, and they are aware, i'm sure the issue will be resolved in due time.

i don't know how to explain it to you, but to put it in the most basic sense, it is known as a time warp.
