This thread is interesting, keep it open plz, here is my 2 cents thou, the new servers only really cater to new players not old ones..

There is limit to how many times you can restart and not get sick or bored of restarting anyways.

But here's the catch, all new servers will eventually get old, and they'll be merge the sooner they get old.

If they don't get old, they will not need merging anyways. If no one quits from the old servers, they also don't need to restart.

Then there will gradually be less need for new servers, basically new servers will be more empty than old servers..

Then they will end up merged with old servers anyway. However new servers will keep birthing. We will not stop them.

They will birth until they no longer need to birth, since.. those who quit will either only keep quitting until they learn not to quit.

Believe in the algorithm, the GOD's code is woven into our DNA, there is no escaping really.

Every cancer has a cure, or what they say, every poison has it's own poison.

The design is perfected from the very beginning but to live through it is a real pain I know.
