for me its nice but 1st of all they need to stop creating new server 1st.. so that no 1 can creat new acounts for thier hope to be stronge in the server.. so if you going to transfer to other server you will pay like coupon or ingots for it .. but you can transfer only by claster only .. its nice idea but i think they will not do it as we can see they always crating new server and poeple who can make it on the top to thier server will creat new 1 again in new server lol..
lol that sounds pretty lame. So what about new players you want to throw them between 200k or 300k minimum.

Nope.. As I said if they stop creating new server then no 1 will creat new accounts again.. Did you get it? Then after a few months there will be a character transfer server but only in the same cluster.. Cluster means (spacetime bracket)
Firstly there no wrong in some old player starting as new on a new server. But of lets leave it my question remains there what about a person who is new in game, you want them to start playing on an old servers competing with way stronger players like 200 or 300k at average

No, because the whole business model of Naruto online revolves around getting new players and new heavy spenders. If you put everyone in 1 server, why would anyone spend when people can just slap you down instantly. You'd have to spend a cars worth of money just to get close to them.
