for me its nice but 1st of all they need to stop creating new server 1st.. so that no 1 can creat new acounts for thier hope to be stronge in the server.. so if you going to transfer to other server you will pay like coupon or ingots for it .. but you can transfer only by claster only .. its nice idea but i think they will not do it as we can see they always crating new server and poeple who can make it on the top to thier server will creat new 1 again in new server lol..

Nope.. As I said if they stop creating new server then no 1 will creat new accounts again.. Did you get it? Then after a few months there will be a character transfer server but only in the same cluster.. Cluster means (spacetime bracket)
