Second one is better in my opinion. If sakura cloak has skillbreaks then would say the first. Neither one has a way to chase high float so would suggest maybe switching to eight span bird summon. Definitely go healing tips for these lineups with water main. Plenty of other debuffs in the chases that healing tips would be more beneficial. Fire main would also synergize well with these teams if you consider changing mains.
