Getting shield by using mystery on 1st round was the reason why people took this ninja. People designed their teams and chakra needs according to their first release features, not whatever oasis decides later. If i remember correct, that happened to Edo Itachı's Slepp too. You need 50 chakra to remove sleep and then it changed to 30 chakra.
You have no right to change skills after they released. If you don't change it back, that means "don't spend ingots or coupons to ninjas cuz we can change them in the future and your money can be *".
I hope that was just a maintenance error and will be fixed asap.

i think you missed the point. Let's think about from your view. Why kakuzu gives double attack to akatsuki members? Why Kurama gives debuff immunity to Shinobi alliances? Why barrier ninjnas gives buffs to some elements? Why Pain ninjas give buffs to Pains? Why Why Why.
We just saying that they change the ninja's skills after releaased. Just focus on this please. If you can't, please save your ideas to other things in life. Thank you.
