So I made a ticket 5 days ago regarding my ninja collect not working. I only got the bot response for the ticket, and now it says it has been "resolved." Yet, the issue still exists? I also saw that the mods closed the thread about this issue.

Has this issue been fixed for other people or what? Or have they not worked on it yet?
