Hi! I have reported the issue in regards to login issue on Server 1398. Does the error occur only on Mini Client or do you experience the same issue on web browser as well?

Update: There are some reports saying that Server 1398 is down again. I have reported it to the team and will update again in regards to any changes/news. Sorry for the inconvenience.
