a scroll in the "ninja collection" interface that does not allow us to collect frags for a single character mean this scroll is objectively the worst, if there was ever something that oasis could have skipped and not implemented in the game, this scroll is it

You can still get some of these ninjas from Survival rewards with ease (Udon, Moegi, Konohamaru Shippuden, Sai), the two Christmas one were a reward from fireworks, Guren and Shira are from Season rewards (quite easily you c*ready have them 4/5*), Chiriku from 3v3 arena. You can collect the two Hebihime from shop.

The most difficult to have are probably the cats (past years events), Hanabi, Kiba and Konohamaru Corps.

Chiriku will be next season's ninja

Konohamaru corps is from 6path arena rewards

Hanabi from 3rd merge server 7day login rewards

the hard ones are 3 cats, kiba, haku taisho, 1star konohamaru (lol) and naruto ramen (if the person didnt have him yet)

I know where you can get them, just saying that this scroll is useless because we cant get any frags from it and as ice admits it doesnt give much power either.

so a "collection"scroll that doesnt allow you to work on your collection it just redundant

So I started playing this game more than a year ago and remember these chapters/scrolls, however they disappeared one day and I just wanted to confirm it's not a bug but they replaced it with the "exchange" in the recruit system?
