You definitely need more ninjas, and upgrade stars your old ones

1 star is your enemy, eliminate that category
2 star that can transform, look above
3 star that u use, look above xD

And for the ninjas you want, I know for a fact that Tobi, Chiyo, Kabuto, Karin, and many more work well with Scarlet

I already had Kakashi,Guy,Karin and i have won many arena battles on auto i think u can change karin for neji but then u have 0 heal. or i got Kankuro 3stars + kakashi + hinata its good too
