Hello, please ensure that you are logging in using the correct email, and once you do so, you can check to verify that you have an account on the select server through the recharge menu. On the top of the menu, you can view the servers that you have a character on, please verify that you have a character on the server, and if you are still experiencing issues, please let me know!
