Same here but instead of Fuu, had kakashi beheading sword displayed. it was working well till around 50mins ago it became blank all of a sudden even though i was checking it 2-3 mins earlier when i cam back to redeem ninja before new day by server time it became blank :/

i got this problem too, i play 3 ID, my main acc got blank so i try open other ID to see blank or not and its still normal, but after i open that last scroll that scroll holiday after 3-5 mnt i re-open again its got blank, and i try to last ID try to same pattern open scroll holiday and after that got blank too. and now all my ID cant open that collect ninja
ya, it happened to me too after opening the holiday scroll, i tried all methods other players mentioned here and didn't work for me.

one more thing i think that event cultivation limited rebate is buged too.... used cultivation scrool but cant claim rebates.... :( :/
me too used around 30 for cultivation but of no use :lsorry didnt notice the reply saying that its ingots only, how can i delete this reply or any reply in general?,
since it has been 3 days for ninja collection bug and it will take more time. i think we should be given the ability to buy/redeem double the amount of ninja fragments/day to make up for that loss for a limited time, for example if it took 7 days to fix in total from the bug start, we should be given the ability to redeem 2X ninja fragments for 7 days in the end it will be as if nothing happened (no delays) :)
