Yea they do to what I know of.

The official position of oasis is that they do reset, the truth is they don't do it, but i wouldn't bet on the fact they stay so forever, then don't take it for granted

you should save 200 seals or so cause they dont stay. they be reset to 0 pulls when they come back another time

Yes, that's what they say, but guess what, i had 500 ss ready to hope to get roshi and yagura.

I got roshi at 210 and roshi again at 410. I chose to go on because i was close to recruit hashi and the following fragment appeared 70 ss later.

Two months later the treasure reappeared and guess at what pull i got yagura?

This right here, they do not reset. I did a 300 rebate into yag treasure and just kept going after SR for hashi frags (I seemed to have better luck there as opposed to GNW that day). Next time the treasure came around, got the next super rare in 80 Seals.

They don't reset, but a fair warning, if they do a version update or something similar, there is a chance that they will. When 3.0 hit, there was a GOOD chance you could free pull a Kage Treasure super rare just after pulling a super. I witnessed it twice. Since 4.0, that isn't the case anymore as I have freepulled and pulled for itachi frags and haven't gotten a gift super rare from there.

The point is, things can change with no warning, so don't expect much....for obvious reason.
