Why are y'all whining about it being 70 frags. It's 30 in order to recruit and it's a gimmicky version of Itachi. He's essentially baby Konohamaru. I have problems with Oasis but this is not something to complain about compared to other stuff.

Well Oasis knows there are impatient players that will pay or waste the free currency gained through events to finish off the ninjas. Yes its a bad strategy as it hurts the community but if players just wait and piece the ninja for free (i.e. not wasting the currency from events such as great tree, mission mobilization, etc. on unnessary ninjas) then Oasis will see no incentive to do so.

Yes. Ninjas only change when the name or number after changes. So until you see a Brand New Optional Pack II, it will be the same as above.
