Considering hokage tsunade is worse than tsunade sannin war sbs, sakura cloak sbs, sakura summer and also tsunade sannin era, it's a while that was surpassed...
That said obviously mysteries/standard attacks that after killing remove the hero from the field, like mabui mystery or itachi susano'o standard attack will surely kill her preventing the resurrection.
P.S. It's fun that she is not classified as senjutsu user even is she is in sage mode...

It isn't sage mode as far as I understand
its 100 Healings Mitotic Regeneration

So you are saying that both her and sakura are able to use it without being in sage mode? Because if it's so then in the whole naruto serial we never saw tsunade sage mode.
