Your ongoing huge as hell problem with account security namely how literally anyone that finds out a users email can shotgun attempts at appealing away your account finally affected me. I know I'm not a big spender but across nearly 80 accounts I'm almost on the same level as a normal whale which made it painful to come in to do routine dailies and suddenly not be able to log in.
Naturally having receipts is worthless to your appeal system so I opted to instead pop in paypal and dispute every transaction on the the stolen account that your company gave away. However being a spender with an army of alts I even went as far as to dispute all of the transactions with your company as a formal protest against how your staff have been handling this growing problem.
I know Oasis Games doesn't care about it's players and the only way to open your eyes to an ongoing issue that has made the LA servers so toxic no amount of merges can save it was to legitimately affect your bottom dollar and even then I know that you'll lock and bin this as fast as you can to cover up the issue instead of admitting that accounts getting appeal stolen is an ongoing problem that you have no intention of actually solving. it might only be a couple hundred but that barely a drop in the bucket if those day 1 new ninja players are legitimate.
yeah * move all you accomplished was getting your accounts locked while that might lock the stolen account you should've just accepted any losses and moved on with a new account
we all know appealing after an incident like this is futile but going to extremes just makes it less likely you will ever recieve the rare assistance that seems reserved for only whales and those with friends in the staff
Lol, unless it's thousands of dollars at risk they won't care and even then they'll just lock your ACC and counter your claim because even whales mean nothing to them. Skyhye is right all you did was ensure that you will get no help.

We reserve the right not to assist player if we find out policy of the company was broken, that includes sharing/selling/buying account in any shape or form.
Please understand that all claims regarding lost or "stolen" accounts are being investigated. However, if players fails to provide proper proofs of ownership, we are not able to assist player that is contacting us. We are taking such actions in order to protect account and its safety as real owner should not have any issue providing all of the necessary information we require.
