First of all I would like to remind you that we do not support any type of toxic behavior, therefore, this might be the reason why you were not offered a proper help. We reserve the right not to assist player if we find out policy of the company was broken, that includes sharing/selling/buying account in any shape or form.


Please understand that all claims regarding lost or "stolen" accounts are being investigated. However, if players fails to provide proper proofs of ownership, we are not able to assist player that is contacting us. We are taking such actions in order to protect account and its safety as real owner should not have any issue providing all of the necessary information we require.
