Roshi [Edo Tensei] would cost you around 8k to 14k coupons for you to get 80 fragments of him though pricing might differ depends on what event he is placed. Just to share my experience getting him, I used 190 Seal Scrolls in Time-Limited Treasure and luckily got him, then I made him 4 stars from the fragments that I collected from 3v3 Packs and Survival Trial.
