Get Kabuto if you can, and against lightning use Hinata. Kakashi would be good to for ninjutsu but maybe not in higher levels because he dies like whoosh.

As for talents, in my suggestion you don't need the megaheal because Kabuto is amazing like that UNLESS you're against one of those guys who just spams debuffs and, like, ingites your entire team. I'd use the shark bomb for maximum AOE, then formulate a combo starting with Kakashi's Tunneling Fang and incorporating Hinata's acupuncture.
