Two questions about him...
1. How do we get guy?
2. When I type in guy when I go to my ninjas I don't see him, why is that?
You can get him through the Benefit Hall, and the reason you don't see him is because the version you see here is 4 stars, and he is only 2 stars to recruit. It requires 190k to get him to 4 stars.
