Problem with Konan is she isn't that good in non full Akatsuki team, and she has to go early move order wise or you waste the tag from her chase which adds a lot of bonus damage.

So this build has clones, shield and the refresh skill, since you have no healer to protect from debuffs. You can start full combo from any of the 3 Akatsuki members mysteries.

Ideally Kisame mysteries round 1, and then Konan goes round 2 but she can hit 2 because one will be tagged from her chase in previous round, assuming they didn't die, this is pretty high damage team.
