there's still Interrogation (Torture) of Ibiki, Ninjutsu Sealing of Obito 10 tails, Weaken (Enfeeble) of Madara founder that I haven't got access to.
Suit Iruka's debuff is only in CN now, and i don't play in CN server.
If I have any access I'll add them in.

Hello!
Regarding Ibiki's debuff, I was informed about it earlier. It is somehow like Itachi [Edo Tensei]'s Sleep debuff. It is Immobile in effect for 2 rounds that are not removable unless you have 20 chakras or more. While Madara Uchiha [Founder of Konoha]'s Enfeeble or Weaken debuff temporarily disables Ninjutsu and Attack Scaling and reduces Ninjutsu and Attack ba
se Stats to 75%.
If anyone already has these ninjas, feel free to test it and inform us here. If my information is not right, feel free to correct us here. Thank you. -

I believe Ninjutsu Sealing is like a super Accupuncture, I think I saw it against a Kushina and she wasn't able to use her Mystery, it was always at a 2 CD until the debuff dissapeared.
