Hello!

Regarding Ibiki's debuff, I was informed about it earlier. It is somehow like Itachi [Edo Tensei]'s Sleep debuff. It is Immobile in effect for 2 rounds that are not removable unless you have 20 chakras or more. While Madara Uchiha [Founder of Konoha]'s Enfeeble or Weaken debuff temporarily disables Ninjutsu and Attack Scaling and reduces Ninjutsu and Attack base Stats to 75%.
