Hi,

I just activated this Minato card hoping that speed was initiative, but it didnt increased my intit. at all, so what is that stat ? Does it even mean something or is it just scam ?

when u enter the battle it'll increase your ini...

it wont show u the increased ini when not in battle

I have tested it, the card works as intended.

It will not change your visible stats but add the initiative at the beginning of the battle.
