Meanwhile, I'm sick of Oasis putting in Clothing for Ingots only on release....
That type of strategy is not targeted for every player but for whales who can't wait and just spend. They know the demand for such clothing/ninja is there and place such price to benefit the amount of whales that are willing to spend first before they open to the general population.
