orochimaru (sannin) and tsunade (sannin) works with him well :) use a summon to link your main character for the combo :)

also he is good with a female composition as well :) as he increases his ninjutsu per female ninjas (hehe just saying incase you want to change your main character)

i got jiraya sennin mode, not the "regular jiraya". He does work better with female characters, but mine don't xd

No such thing as "Normal Jiraya" there is sage Jiraya and Sennin Jiraya

i do not have the one that interact with women

He has a fatal flaw, his mystery is not prompt, so he cannot be your main combo starter, and he happens to have same chase as Tobi/Kankuro and they outperform him greatly.

Only way i see to use him well is if you use him as extra damage rather then your main combo maker, so you will need something that generates more chakra, like Orochimaru who can get it from dead clones or maybe Kurenai.

Why? Jiraiya Sage's best benefit is the chakra gain. So put him with ninja that have high cost mysteries and low cooldowns and you c*e them multiple times.

A real Sage Jiraya team is one that uses his Mystery and a high damage combo starter, and one that benefits greatly from his chakra gain. Normal Asuma does work well due to his mystery and combo passive. Try to exploit his chakra gain to cast debuffs and start combos.
