Putting limits won't stop people to exploit. This type of suggestion isn't new and rarely anyone can counter the argument on how bad the flaw of a trading system could be.

If you are asking, why can't I buy ingots for my friends, that's a different story than why can't I give my existing ingots/coupons to my friends.

Even if it only 50 coupons you can give...I'll take a free 50 coupons from my alt any time of the day

Sell you Group Chakra as Coupons and use your alts to buy it 3 times a day.

Selling and Buying Summon Chakra ranges from a minimum of 20 coupons to 30 coupons if my memory serves me right. Though the conversion rate of Ingots to Coupons is 1 is to 1. Some other people use it as a way to give coupons to others when their groupmates are in dire need of coupons.

Anyways, for this matter. There's a way to give coupons if you really want to. Recharging during Red Envelope Event allows you to send red packets of coupons to your groupmates although the amount relies on how much you recharge. Thank you.

that wont work either for alts since theyd have to use ingots to buy the chakra runes so u get coupons which at that point ur better off just recharging for urself instead of a alt

Personally I would be much happier if they came up with away to gift or trade ninja frags there are so many ninjas that I have extra frags and I would like trade them to get frags of ninjas I am close to getting or want.

For ingots i personally don't see a reason to deny the option, for coupons as they told you it's a different matter.

That said in group chakra shop you actually may get coupons but you cannot buy the chakra with coupons. The buyer is required always to spend INGOTS even if you ask for coupons.

They can, it's called the Red Envelope event. When they recharge, they get some coupons they can send to their group mates.

I'm not sure but I bought roses with my alt for my main and I think got the amount of ingot in coupons. Someone need to try it just to be sure.

Not really an issue, you can easily wait till people are offline before putting them up. If someone tells you right before it happens, you can be clicking right before it comes up and you'll be the first to get it. If you have good group members, you could also just ask that no one takes it. There are easy ways to get around not being able to send to specific people. I've done it a lot.
