I think it fine, I mean I usually have 130k+ moon coins chilling only really being used for cave keys and 100k= 500 coins and they reset pretty fast

Simple advice. If you've spent 2k keys on the last key rebate, don't spend 300 on this one because you won't get 1k keys. But well, I'm not the greatest farmer since I don't do ninja test.

It kinda makes sense suit minato is more wanted then any other free character they gave us so he wasn't gonna be easy to get

Look at it, this way -- you can expect a Key rebate at least once a month, if not twice. How often can you expect to get a free Minato? Plus, for most of us freemium players, a 1200xp orb is just a fart in the wind versus the deluge of SOSP Narutos, EGF Kakuzus and Edo-Itachis backed by those with much higher stats. It almost doesn't matter if you're not carrying some serious heat to compensate for those team killers.

I agree with OP. 300 cave keys is pretty steep. I had to use coupons to make up for the lack of seal scrolls for the x10 draws. You would need 60K moon coins in order to get 300 cave keys. 50 cave keys is 560 coupons in the Cave Exploration menu. Of course saving always helps, but recommending over and over that people save instead of making the game such a way that you earn with immediate interaction just makes the game end up being one that's just hoarding fake materials for a pay-off you may never cash in on. People out here with hundreds of thousands of moon coins and coupons...for what end?

I would've accepted 200 cave keys at the very most.

My biggest issue is the fact that, Oasis wanted us to Spend in 2 treasures that we the players may not even want to pull. Like, why would I spend in Time-Limited if I don't have enough seals to get the SR? And why would I spend on Kage, if I rather focus on GNW?

Should had just been to spend seals on any treasure, instead of being forced to pull into specific treasures.

This is why I hate this event with a bloody passion.
