Same, I was using PayPal as well. This happened to me with different varying amounts.

Yeah, I ended up missing one of the days for Madara's frags. I was hoping to get Kimono Itachi along with Madara lol. I'm hoping to get reimbursed with the frags, because I'm paying for it, they should honor that "agreement."

Hello, please create a CS ticket, and provide them with the screenshots of your proof of purchase, and if possible, take a screenshot of your platinum recharge page, if not that is okay.

As suggested above, please create a Customer Service ticket, and send them a screenshot of your receipt, which shows your transaction id.
