i recharged but didn't receive my ingots

i just recharged 150 ingots like i usually do everyday,this day i recharged another 150 ingots 3x50 i received the first 50 but i didn't receive the other 100 and it got deducted from my account plz help me quick i don't wanna refund (was using paypal btw).

  • Same, I was using PayPal as well. This happened to me with different varying amounts.

glad it's not just me,let's hope they solve it today i don't wanna miss rewards from platinum recharge.

  • Yeah, I ended up missing one of the days for Madara's frags. I was hoping to get Kimono Itachi along with Madara lol. I'm hoping to get reimbursed with the frags, because I'm paying for it, they should honor that "agreement."
