• If you read the third comment... I had already contacted customer support about this issue and they stated it wasn't a bug and to seek help on this forum. Seeing as other players agree with my conclusion that it is a bug and no one has come up with any other logical explanation with why it isn't functioning like it should has led me to report it a second time.
