from what i have heard a good amount of players were able to redeem the Sanin packs before the server went back down. But now we are just waiting to find out if enough players were able to redeem them that they compensate those who could not be on that early. only time will tell.

im confused to where he pointed his finger and blamed the players there? and this was not "Abuse" it was an accident that got resolved and may or may not give compensation depending on how many players were able to take advantage of this mistake.
