ta, those ninja packs are next to useless 
Just give us players 1 sanin youth pack with 80* fragments as a compensation and move on.
That would be the sensible thing to do. Just a simple "Hey we messed up here is 1 Sannin Youth pack (80 fragments). We apologize and hope you still keep enjoying the game.". Myself and many other people wouldn't be as angry if this is how Oasis handled it.
