Wait a Minute...this MAKES NO SENSE. How can Ay 3rd Swimsuit, have the Scar which killed him? Did they put his corpse on a Surfboard?
He didn't die from that. He died after fighting non stop for 3 days. The scar he got from fighting the 8 tails and falling on his jutsu from exhaustion.
Either way, no skill trial whatsoever this week, looks like another week of not logging on.
