Now you know what everybody knows if plays this game since more than 6 months: never use large amount of resources on wheels.
That said 30k is a low amount considering the ninja himself has a value of 20/30k and that for every roll you get additional rewards and you also keep the ingots. Don't expect to get back from those events more than a 25% surplus (basically if you want to hope to get the full 80 ninja the minimum you need to invest is about 200k).
About the Shinobi feast wheel eberybody knows it's a 'modified' event, infact, what they told you is so true that the first roll of the day is ALWAYS THE SAME and is so since over 2 years (what changes is the reward, used to be good when was 100 coupons), but they don't admit it even if is blatant.

You are very welcome. Make no mistake, adding Madara was in no way to make up for anything. Their pattern of adding ninjas has ramped up, and the only explanation/motivation behind it is simple: Money. That is my opinion.
Why do I come to this conclusion? Because every single time, when players ask for content (as in, game mechanics) they drag their feet for it. Take Tsunade NPC for a big example. She should have been introduced in this form we currently have now when Skill books were introduced (not to be confused with trials that deal with potions). Only now do they introduce her in such a basic form so that MOST of their community (as in older players and servers) could never ever EVER benefit from it. Why is that? Because they wanted to sell ninja frags. They wanted players to spend resources (coupons and ingots). Can't do that when the NPC could give them a cheaper alternative.
New Ninjas? Well almost every single relatively USEFUL ninja is almost always introduced behind a paywall......because the name in itself explains why.....they want you to PAY to climb the wall. Look no further than the 130k Ultra rebate. It comes down to simple money making. What players want is just a footnote in their main goal, which is to make money. This company hasn't learned in THREE YEARS that they would make 3x more money catering to players needs and just being caring than to just outright abuse and neglect them.
You can shear a sheep many times, but skin them only once. <-- It's been three years and they haven't learned this. They either never will or don't care to. It doesn't matter which, the end result is still the same.

And not only that.
Every single time a free alternative existed in cn version they made everything that was in their power to make it useless.
Example: we never experienced the tsunade sannin war me
ta because her skill breaks were added way after her counters (shisui/edo deidara/jinpachi were implemented in game), we never experienced kcm naruto one for the same reason (shisui + anbu itachi added 1 year before to prevent it) or shizuka that in the shape we got had no way to counter kakuzu eg sb/st me ta (overall with the missing breaks/trials of mifune). Every single time something was potentially achievable with patience they made it unreasonably unreachable (ay 4th/sasuke susano'o/edo deidara/kakuzu trials at 4*) and they also sold ninjas that were supposed to be free or close to be free to unreasonable amounts of money (the last example is ronin naruto that in some events in cn costs 2400 ingots simply because there's a cheaper version of him we will never get that almost do the same things: chojuro breaks/trials).
Oasis cared exclusively to whales but not to what actually whales wanted but to what they would have gladly paid for.

I used to despise Oasis for paywalling ronin and when I got him I kinda understand why they did that, of course the money is involved but it's not the only reason. Ronin Naruto is meant for the position 1 me
ta and with him you can even face people who have over a 100k more power than you. Of course, it's not a guaranteed win but the simple fact that you can hold your ground against Kakuzu online for 3 rounds even though the opponent has way more power than you is beyond OP. Obviously now that I got him I'll be mad if other people could get him for 20k coupons but not if Oasis gives me a good compensation. Pretending Oasis will ever make him a 20k ninja it's up to you if you want to live in a me ta where the other positions are only useful for buff and mirror.
In cn naruto ronin was added after chojuro sb/st and in a moment when overstacking move 1 meant nothing because was very normal to have a 180k move 4 with 35k injury while your move 1 was a 230k with 38k.
The only reason why ronin naruto works against kakuzu is because you are actually able to kill your enemy move 3 or 4 during the first two rounds and so you stack and deliver another attack that maybe kills something else while also damaging again kakuzu.
If this doesn't happen because your enemy move 3 and 4 are not made of paper tissue then naruto gets obliterated.
Let me be clearer.
F2p people in cn to counter kakuzu me
ta used to run wind main with clones and blind features (that actually fully counter him) by running a ninja that has super armor suppression because this team works also against shark bomb users (something here none uses and this should ring a bell). Ronin naruto was implemented to counter the most used counter of kakuzu, a counter that didn't actually relies mostly on ninjutsu elemental features (that's what chojuro do) because in cn is more common to own higher elemental resistances, because they have kage ti hard mode.
That's why in cn you have mega carnivals where you can buy him for 2400 ingots, because exists a free replacement and because the situation of the average player is not our one.
What you have here? A 170k move 1 with 30k injury and at most a 100k move 3/4 with 18k injury? Of course naruto ronin works.
