Recently there has been a lot of debate over how the seal packs should be distributed for the Group War. I would hope that everyone here would read this and give their opinions as well as any suggestions or post their own ideas for the seal packs. The top 5 powers in the war should receive a pack, but it should be based on their power during the war rather than their "ranking" power in case they are trying new teams that would cause them to have a lower power. In order to be eligible for the top 5 powers, they must attend 5/5 wars or their place will be given to the next highest power. For the remaining four packs, there will be a list of everyone that attends at least 4/5 wars. Once this list is made, it will not change, and the packs will cycle through until everyone has received a pack. If a person who would receive a pack that week fails to attend 4/5 wars, they will be skipped until the next time they attend 4/5 wars, rather than waiting until the list goes through a full cycle. If there is a person who was not on the list when it was made, but attends 4/5 wars during a later date, they will be added to the bottom of the list.In the case that the group is 2nd in the war, only the top 3 powers will receive a pack, and the remaining three packs will be given to those on the list. The list should be made on Saturday after the first war the system is implemented and based on how the game lists the names of who attended and of how many times they attended, meaning that those who went 5/5 will take priority over those that only did 4/5. Any wars after this one, your attendance will not change your position on the list, but you must still attend at least 4/5 to get a pack.

To your first point; this wasn't directed towards the DEVs, it was for groups on how the leader could give out packs easier, because I already know that the DEVs are going to do little to nothing over this issue.

To your second point; what you say makes no sense, "why would you base the pack distribution on power not ranking?" That's because power and ranking are directly related. I said it would be based on the power of the team they are using in the war, not the power represented by their ranking, because if they are using a new team they are trying out, it might be less cultivated and they might have a power lower than what other players have because of that new team.

  • My group is n1 on s60 and we distribute the packs based on a mixture of everything. Basicly to be eligible for one you need to have 5/5 attendance that week first and foremost.

After that we take into account what pack you have recieved before and if someone even has recieved a pack before. Meaning if you recieved one last week you wont get one this week. On top of that if you recieved a Legendary you will have to wait atleast 4 weeks before getting a new legendary.

If you had 5/5 attendance and couldnt recieve one this week because of packs running out you get put on a list so aslong as your attendance is 5/5 next week you will get one 100%.

And if the decision over the last packs gets down to 2 people that are equal in all of the above it goes to the MOST helpfull player that has the lowest power, because an increase in his power will help the group in whole.

Making the higher powered people higher power dosnt help your group at all really.
My group is #1 on S44 and we've won the finals three weeks in a row, one of the reasons why pack distribution is a big problem. The reason the higher power people were chosen is because it's something that's been agreed upon by the group. As well as the fact that the higher powers believe they should receive a reward since they're one of the main reasons we can even win in the war. Though it is a bit selfish, some of the higher powers have even said they will leave the group if they don't receive a reward, which would easily put us as #4 or lower on group ranking meaning we wouldn't get enough packs anyway.

  • i agree with the first comment we need more packs or packs enough to give to everyone that has participated in the current war people in my group complain every war because someone always gets left out it needs some tweaking i hope the devs just look in to it and review the system its a con of the game the way the pack distribution is ....
To anyone that says the number of packs should be increased. I know they should be increased. Literally everyone wants them to be increased, but it's not something that's going to happen. This isn't helpful information because it's not something that can be influenced by the players when it's time to distribute packs.

Well our group implemented this new system, everyone was able to understand it, and I'd say 90% are content with how it works. We lowered it from the Top 5 Powers to the Top 3, and they received the 10 seal packs. The remaining 6 packs are taken from the list of names, in the order the names are listed. Those 6 names are put into an RNG to determine who gets the 8 seal and the 5 seal packs. For next week war, the next 6 names on the list will be given packs and the people from the previous week won't be able to get a pack until it goes through the full list.
