Yesterday i pulled the 3rd Hokage from the Mission gift boxes from the events I already owned the other three from past events so it was an automatic choice and no choice on getting an upgraded star for Hashirama or Tobirama ....so my two part question is ,,,Now that i own all of the Kage from the mission box does this mean ill never pull them again .Or question two does it Refresh and i get the 4 choices again for upgrading of the kages ,,,,id hate to waste time trying for something that would never come
