i ll go straight to idea that came up in my mind:
lower / reduce max refine lvl to 11.
i think this would be best solution for everyone. i ll make my point as short as possible.
maxing pos 1 ninja to 13 refines is impossible to get for 99,99% players.

impossible goal is killing desire to play for everyone.

bp/cost - totally overpriced even for spenders to get full set of lvl 13 refines.

pushing full stack pos 1 ninja meta even further kills game even more.

i understand company want to earn money with new bp items but they overdid it. lvl 11 refines would be best for both sides.

simple suggestion.
