Hello!

Some of Hot Topic events have requirements that one should meet for him/her to be able to see the events and that is the Level of the Character. But for some events, it requires not only the character but also the server itself. Some of the events requires a server to be at least 2 months old from the day of its opening. Hope it brings some enlightenment, thank you.
