Are you referring to the Anniversary Fireworks Gift Pack? Or the pack that you get out of it? Either way, its possible that you just had worse luck when pulling from the packs that you obtained for free. It is not known if they have different drop rates.

You really do not have to upload more screenshots, I understand what you are reporting, but it is possible that one pack is just misnamed. That is just a guess though, I will ask regarding this.

In regards to the two different packs, they are indeed two separate packs, meant to be different, but share the same name.
