Why do you guys give us only 70 frags of the ninja? Are we going to have to spend coupons on Omoi[Swimsuit] or the the last 10 frags will be available for free? Same thing happened before and I couldn't figure why was I missing frags on Duy and this time I realized, its not me doing something wrong, you won't let us get the ninja!

The developers decide how long they want the event to run for, they do not explain their reasoning to us. They also do not explain to us what they plan on doing for the rest of the character fragments needed to recruit these ninjas.

It's a typical response that they do not care, otherwise the game would have a logical part nxt to it... but it does not. :S
