I can see how it can be frustrating for people who are paying a lot not to get a fixed reward from the boxes, but I'm personally glad that it's honestly random this time. It's a massive gamble, it's awful that you spent so much and didn't get what you wanted. Maybe you'll get him in one of the free boxes since it is certainly possible and not fixed ^^.
